CAS Consulting and Supervision

In many areas of adult education, those seeking advice require the support of a competent counsellor who, through the use of creative questions, can stimulate thought processes and mobilise resources. The Continuing Professional Development programme in Counselling and Supervision (CAS) equips you with scientifically grounded counselling skills that you can apply in various fields of work within adult education. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of different counselling approaches and learn counselling methods, which you will put into practice as part of the programme.

Through in-depth engagement with systemic supervision, you will be equipped to apply key methods of supervisory work and to further develop the practical knowledge required for your own professional practice.
