CAS Learner Coaching
Every person possesses important resources that make successful learning possible. To be able to activate and utilise these, one needs to understand the factors that contribute to the success of solution-focused learning. In the ‘Learning Coaching’ (CAS) continuing professional development certificate programme, you will expand your practical experience with scientifically grounded specialist knowledge of fundamental learning processes. This will enable you to understand, step by step, how successful learning works.
Targeted methods and concepts from learning coaching and self-management training based on the Zurich Resource Model, supplemented by selected elements of systemic coaching, will show you how to tap into your own reservoir of resources. Expand your personal scope for decision-making and your repertoire of actions by clearly formulating attitudinal goals and learning to pursue them in a practical, action-oriented way.
Thanks to the high level of transfer efficiency, you can apply your newly acquired knowledge directly to your day-to-day work. In this way, you can support colleagues and clients in achieving their learning goals, whether individually or as part of a group.
